Recruitment Process

Candidates selected for further employment consideration will be contacted. Pre-interview phone conversations and/or technical screens will ensure both parties are comfortable with the opportunity for successful employment prior to extending an invitation to visit our facility.

Once the mutual agreement to an on-site interview is reached, a full-day schedule is created to allow candidates to meet with as many team members as possible. If necessary, travel accommodations are provided at no cost to the candidate and/or reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for mileage and meals. Candidates will be supplied with details of their interview schedule in advance of their visit. Our interviews are structured to provide us with information about your past work habits and to assess your technical skills for the job. We look forward to sharing more about Datalogic and answering any questions you may have.
